Walmart is a large retailing organization that is well known for its huge inventory of products. However, it is not always a pleasant experience shopping at Walmart. In recent times there have been increasing concerns about Walmart’s labor practices and their dangerous environment.

As consumers we are all concerned about our quality of life and how companies such as Walmart relate to these issues. There is little doubt that Walmart has not done enough to clean up their act, however, a Class Action Lawsuit is something that is available should you feel the need.

False Advertisements and Walmart Class Action Lawsuit

Details: Walmart is a US company and they have been the subject of many class action lawsuits regarding their labor practices. They have also been the subject of many complaints regarding their advertising and their false advertising claims.

There was recently an investigation into their recycling program in Spain that was focused on their claims that their paper was “recycled” and made from recycled materials. That being investigated by the Labor Relations Commission, who found that Walmart had not met the requirements required by the law in this case.
